OMG this is so awesome! I must tell you what just happened to me when I looked at this picture. I looked at the gothic building which is in the background and asked silently how someone can draw and paint buildings so beautifully. Then I turned away from the picture and then turned back and all of a sudden I saw that the gate of the building or cathetral is open and that there is an orange and warm light glowing out of the "windows". I didn't notice that light before because I was so fascinated by the suroundings and busy to look at all the details.

This painting is enchanting!

Those warm tones around the castle look sharp!

At full-size the top right plant-foreground thing is really distracting. I'm surprised you kept those hard brush strokes in, what with the whole of the image being so detailed. :/

Oh, you're posting a whole series of covers you made.

Awesome detail especially in the background, the whole picture contains a descent mood, something between creepy and arcane. Fine...

What is "L'éveil" in english?
